Both are top-notch professionals with modern home research analysis tools, have extensive backgrounds in brokerage, and are skilled negotiators. The Group Realty has the look of an upscale made-for-TV business but also exudes a family connection as agent representation. Bottom-line, they put you first throughout the entire process. Being first-time home buyers and looking to buy new development was an intimidating process. I knew very little about the home-buying process. I was stressed with being faced with a search process and finding the perfect home for my family. As a veteran, all I heard was VA loans would be a more complicated and longer process from our lender. To add more complexity, my wife and I were faced with a 60-day clock to close escrow before our current lease ended. We were skeptical and prayed the developer met the completion dates. Insert The Group Realty; they worked relentlessly on the search and find, educated my family on the process, brokered the deal with the developer, closed below cost, consulted weekly with our mid-west lender, held the developer and title company accountable several times to target and close within the 60-day window. They met me at the property and given the condition they came up with a couple of plans, contacted my husband and I, and ran them by us. They did all of their homework and figured out the best way to market the property the best approach for us to take and the way to get top dollar etc. Once we said go I think it was sold in less than two weeks.
